This scholarship, established by the West Pittston Community Ambulance Association, is intended to support the residents of West Pittston by providing an annual scholarship to qualified graduating seniors who reside in West Pittston, attend Wyoming Area High School or are home-schooled, and who plan to continue their education in the medical field.
This is a renewable award, up to four years, contingent upon satisfactory academic progress and the availability of funds. Funding priority will be given to existing recipients should funds decrease over time. 1-2 students per year will be selected at the committee’s discretion.
