The Edward A. & Mary Farley-Pane Charitable Fund of The Luzerne Foundation was initiated by Ed Pane and in honor and memory of his wife Mary Farley-Pane. The intention of the Fund is to carry on the diverse charitable interests of Ed and Mary with an emphasis on social services, basic human needs for food, clothing, and shelter, but not exclusively.
