The Spay/Neuter Assistance Program helps low-income households in Luzerne County get their pets fixed, which in turn reduces the number of unwanted animals turned in to the shelter each year. Established by the SPCA of Luzerne County, the goal of this permanent fund is to generate income that will be used to support the Spay/Neuter Assistance Program.
