Established by the SPCA of Luzerne County, this Fund is named in memory of the SPCA’s heroic efforts to save Jade, a beloved Rottweiler. It may, at the discretion of the SPCA, be used to help pay for veterinary care not included in the SPCA’s regular budget when extraordinary medical care is necessary for an animal in their care.
