Schiowitz Grass Roots Housing Initiative Fund

Dr. Mark Schiowitz established this Fund to encourage residential improvements in South Wilkes-Barre neighborhoods. The Fund seeks to stimulate owner occupied housing and the return of some historic properties to single family dwellings.
