The Rainbow Fund for Northeastern Pennsylvania was founded in 2003. This Fund is advised by the NEPA Rainbow Alliance, a coalition of diverse individuals and organizations who have formed a committee to identify needs and improve the quality of life for the gay and lesbian community in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
