The Fund for the Arts was created to encourage and develop skills in the visual, graphic and performing arts. The role of the Fund is to find essential ways to support and encourage artists of all ages and abilities – thereby enriching the community and homegrown creative endeavors. The Maslow family provide initial funding, but all who are interested in developing and nurturing the artistic opportunities and talents of Luzerne County residents are encouraged to contribute.
