This Fund was established by John Mashinski’s family and friends as a way to honor his legacy, and to provide scholarship assistance to qualified college bound students in the Wilkes-Barre area.  John was a true community servant who gave of his time, talent and treasure to help those in need.

The Luzerne Foundation helps people create funds to do good things today and lasting good for tomorrow.
