The Frank Pasdon Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by family and friends of Frank Pasdon to thank the residents of the greater Jim Thorpe area who, as customers to the Jim Thorpe Market, promoted the success of the business.
Scholarship Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a graduating senior residing in the geographic area served by the Jim Thorpe School District. Student may attend any public, private or parochial high school in Jim Thorpe School District and may also be homeschooled;
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree at any accredited college/university, career training center, or vocational training institution as a full-time student;
- Must be actively involved in his or her community through volunteer service to others OR show work experience during high school years;
- Must show demonstrated financial need;
- Must have a minimum 2.75 GPA.
