Established in loving memory of Dr. William D. Ziegler, III, by his family, this scholarship is a tribute to Dr. Ziegler’s legacy of one who epitomized what it meant to live life to the fullest. Dr. Ziegler loved Mountain Top, education, and sports. Not only was Dr. Ziegler an avid tennis player and former coach but he also started the Tennis Program at Crestwood High School. It is fitting that an annual tennis scholarship be awarded to at least one male and one female graduating tennis player from Crestwood High School.
