The Butterfly Scholarship Fund was established to assist individuals who have experienced sexual assault and/or domestic abuse, either physical or mental, of all genders, races, creeds or sexual orientations. The Fund is limited to legal residents of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. As the Fund’s assets grow, the Advisory Committee may, at their discretion, extend the geographic reach, but only to those areas immediately adjacent to Luzerne County, as they may advise.
