Ryan Ayers, 23, of Kingston, unexpectedly passed on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024, while doing what he loved most — riding his motorcycle with friends.
Ryan was born on April 9, 2001, to Elizabeth (Yencharis) Ayers of Harrisburg and Robert Ayers of Shavertown. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Ayers. Ryan graduated from Pittston Area High School in 2019. He went on to attend Penn State University and later found his passion working at Advance Auto Parts in Pittston. After dedicating five years of service, he received the employee award for excellence.
Ryan’s zest for life and thirst for adventure were unparalleled, and he treasured every moment he spent with family and friends. He was a gifted artist and photographer whose work reflected his unique perspective that was full of creativity, depth and emotion. While still in high school, his grandmother, Beverly Jean Johnston, proudly showcased his work in the Wyoming Valley Art League and the Fine Arts Fiesta.
His absence will be profoundly felt, but the love and memories he leaves behind will always hold a special place in our hearts.
The Ryan Ayers Memorial Fund will support programs and causes that were near to Ryan’s heart.
