William Bosso was a graduate of Kingston High School, Millersville State Teachers College and Bucknell University. He began his teaching career in Kingston and served for 40 years as a teacher and elementary school principal in Kingston and Wyoming Valley West. Bill had a true passion for education and was a champion for all students who crossed his path throughout his long career. Even after retirement, Bill continued to share his love of learning with all who knew him. Bill passed peacefully at age 89 after a long illness, and his family would like to continue his legacy of learning by offering a scholarship to a deserving student. The William T. Bosso Memorial Scholarship Fund is intended for a graduating senior from Wyoming Valley West High School who is pursuing a 4 year degree in the field of Education.
