Michael Carlo was a firefighter who died on September 11, 2001 in the World Trade Center. Michael’s mother Phyllis, in collaboration with State Representative John Yudichak of Nanticoke, established this Fund to support local programs and the construction of a homeland security training facility for this region’s emergency responders.
